Samuel Hodge, Chalk Horse Gallery, 26 March 2009.

Wooohhhll....

This was Ming Wong at Gallery 4A. He had a series of Polaroids taken of old Singapore Cinemas. They were quite beautiful.

Ming Wong.

Yu-Ye explained everything.

I liked the TV in the store room. I want to do a show in the gallery's elevator.

Pete Volich: Every Animal I Have Killed in my Whole Entire Life: New Collages.

The packing room is a nice space. A surprise to see who has work displayed.

Sanne Mestorm, watercolour on paper.

;-).

Pete was a former student of mine. I knew one day he would pull something like this off.

Life on top of Hyde Park.

Pete Longworth.

The show was held on the 17th floor of a new apartment building over looking Hyde Park.

I've never seen Sydney like this.

Best bath tub in Sydney.

Everywhere.

Corina and Piotr running.

Pete enjoying his 15 minutes of fame.

I love this man. Tristan told me he had just installed a new solar generator at his home. He now lives completely off the grid. It's so Matrix.

Jorge.

Alan Davies launched the show.

Just beyond the wall on the left, is the room below.

Still a work in progress.

Ben Quilty had just won the 2009 Moran Portrait Prize for painting. He was speaking to the ABC regarding his painting in the Archibald at the AGNSW.

I met Johnny and Jxe for pizza.

My cool friend Nils and Johnny. Fair dinkum.
